Since its introduction in 1995, Smart-Level® Has proven to be a dependable, rugged, and accurate tool for thousands of contractors, tradesmen and inspectors. Today, Smart Level is used throughout North America as well as in Europe, Asia and Australia. Built tough to withstand the rigors of most terrains and climates, our level is temperature-stable and built to withstand the effects of impact, abrasion, humidity, temperature and sunlight. Estimated service life is from one to three decades depending on care.

 

ENGINEERED FOR EASY SELF-MAINTENANCE

Unlike competitive water levels that recommend expensive, $200 recharges every three years and must be shipped back to the factory, Smart Level seldom, if ever needs factory maintenance. Should your unit be damaged, Smart Level has been engineered for simple self-maintenance and repair.  For instructions on calibration, removing air bubbles and other common service and repair issues, click here.

 

FACTORY RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS

If you are unable to service or repair your Smart Level contact us at support@smartlevel.us for technical assistance.  If we are unable to solve the problem with you, we will provide you a Factory Return Authorization Number (FRAN) and shipping instructions.

All sales are final and returns for any reason are subject to review and approval by Smart Level. There is a minimum restocking charge of 20%. All sales are final and any return is at Smart Level’s discretion.

1-YEAR GUARANTEE

Smart Level is guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship at no charge for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Beyond 90 days, components are pro-rated for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If a problem arises contact us at support@smartlevel.us for technical assistance. If it is then determined by Smart Level to be a potential problem with the level, the user will be instructed to return the level to us. Upon inspection, Smart Level will repair or replace any defective components at our discretion.

If the level is determined to be in proper working order, or damaged by the user, Smart Level will notify the user of any charges, before the level is returned.

IMPORTANT GUARANTEE CONDITIONS

  • Filling the level with any fluid other than factory authorized oil will void the guarantee.
  • A $49 minimum service may be charged on levels not covered under guarantee.
