No Return Policy

One of the primary functions of our distributors is to demo and explain Smart Level so the customer knows if Smart Level is the right tool for them. Returns must be pre-approved through Smart Level.Smart Level has a no refund, no return policy. We stand behind our levels with a 1 year warranty. If a level is found to have a manufacturing defect SL will repair or replace the level at our option.It is the customer’s responsibility to evaluate the level and determine if this instrument is suited to their application. If the potential customer has any questions they can call or email SL, or visit one of our distributors for a hands on demo. For the distributor nearest you call or email. SL exhibits trade shows nationwide as well as provides demos for trade groups, professional associations, franchises, etc. for just this purpose. 

Warranty:

Smart Level warrants the precision construction altimeter against defects in material or workmanship at no charge for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Beyond 90 days, components are pro-rated for a period of One Year from the date of purchase. If a problem arises, the user is first instructed to contact Smart Level for technical assistance. If it is then determined by Smart Level that there is a possible problem with the level, the user will be instructed to return the level to Smart Level for further review. Upon inspection Smart Level will, at our option, repair or replace any defective components as is warranted at our discretion. If the level is determined to be in proper working order, or damaged by the user, Smart Level will notify the user of any charges, before repairs are made or the level is returned.Filling the level with any fluid other than that specified by Smart Level will void the warranty. Tech Support:

Most simple questions can be handled with a quick phone call or email. However, in certain cases where more in-dept troubleshooting is required the customer may be required to provide a short video of the operation of the level and their application. Videos greatly reduce the time and effort required to troubleshoot more complex issues.

Android:

The Smart Level System was designed to operate in conjunction with IOS/Apple devices. We have advanced functions available in Android, however it is the customer’s responsibility to understand the operation and limitations of Android devices.
